Q: Can I return an item after purchasing?
A: No. All sales are final. We do are very best to inspect and qualify every product prior to placing it on the sales floor. We do understand unique situations can occur therefore, if you have any questions feel free to contact staff.
Q: Where do I obtain a contract to set up an account?
A: You can obtain a contract by visiting our staff at our store location. It only takes a couple minutes to fill out the necessary information and a copy of your ID.
Q: Are you a non-profit organization?
A: No. We are a consignment shop that helps the community resell its unique gently used items at a bargain price to the consumer.
Q: Do you have sales?
A: Yes. We have several going all the time, and a clearance section as well! We also run our Shape Sale every 8 weeks. Whichever shape (which is shown on home page and in store) shown you find on a product's price tag in our store you get 20% off instantly!
Q: What items do you guys take?
A: We take almost anything as long as it is not damaged, no foul odor, functioning properly, item has all its necessary parts if necessary to make it complete, and must be clean. We do not accept large pianos, used toilets/plungers, Tube TV's, baby cribs, and baby car seats. Please contact staff regarding this when first consigning with us, because there may or may not be other items we don't accept.
Q: What are the requirements to consign clothing?
A: All clothing must be brought in either folded up nicely or brought in on hangers. All clothing must have tags on them that indicate the size & what material it's made from. Clothing must come from a smoke-free home. No stains, holes, or any damage can be on clothing. When dropping off clothing please make sure to follow these guidelines, because we DO NOT hold any items or make phone calls to pick up these items if they fail to meet our guidelines. Damaged items CANNOT be donated either. They are disposed of, and abuse of this policy can lead to fees or even termination of your account.

Q: Can I sell my items on Ebay while consigning with This N That Consignment Store?
A: No. You cannot offer your items for sale on any other platform while consigning your items with us.
Q: Are my items secure while cosigned at your location?
A: Yes. We have taken every step in our power to ensure your items are secure. We have security sensors for all products in our store. We also have 24/7 alarm & camera surveillance inside and outside our facility. We cannot guarantee your items against theft, but rest assured we have taken great lengths to ensure your items are secure while in our store.
Q: Will you place an item on hold?
A: No. You have the option to purchase items online and to be able to pick them up for free in the store.
Q: Does This N' That share my information?
A: No. We do not share consignor information.
